Tennis training for adults
Usually includes several key aspects that focus on improving physical fitness, technique and tactics.
Technical exercises
Focusing on different strokes such as forehand, backhand, serve and volley. Exercises can be done individually or in pairs to improve the accuracy and power of the strokes.
Tactical exercises
Players are taught how to read the game, recognize their opponent’s weaknesses and plan their strokes. Tactical situations are simulated on the court.
Playing matches
Training often involves playing matches or game situations, which helps improve strategic thinking and the ability to react to different game situations.
Physical preparation
Strengthening muscles, improving endurance and coordination. May also include off-court conditioning exercises.
